Our commitment

JR Copier wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard alone, rely on voice control, or need larger text or higher contrast. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we have done

Every image on this site, including product photos, carries descriptive alt text rather than a generic placeholder.
Pages use a single, meaningful heading order (one H1 per page, headings nested in sequence) rather than headings chosen for visual size alone.
Interactive elements - the quote request widget, the exit-intent modal, catalog filters, the lease and cost estimators - can be operated by keyboard, and the modal returns focus to the control that opened it when closed.
Color is not the only way information is conveyed: form fields carry visible labels, and status messages include text, not just a color change.
Text and background colors are chosen for reasonable contrast against our navy, white and paper color palette.

Known limitations

This site embeds some third-party tools we do not fully control, including the quote-request widget, a Google Maps embed, and a Mapbox map on the service area pages. We cannot guarantee their accessibility to the same standard as the rest of the site, and we are in contact with those vendors about known issues. If one of these components is a barrier for you, use the contact methods below and we will get you the same information another way - by phone, email or a plain-text quote form.
